Ya know those moments when the universe seems to swirl around you in an ethereal blanket of happiness? Well, I don’t know if it was the heat but, there was a vibe running through this joint that all the bands seemed to be hitching a ride on. Thanks to Brother Phil and the Honkeys for putting together a killer Labor Day Festival together! And extra thanks for everyone who made it out!

PLEASE NOTE: It is extremely important that we all understand that "loose lips, sink ships" and as long as we adhere to that, this should be a great place to vent and constructively criticize our beloved workplace.

As an employee, just like you, I have my issues and have shit I need to get off my chest. I would like to know what everyone else really thinks of their positions at the shop, also. This is the place to do that!

Whether you participate or not is up to you. I'll be trying to bring things to light in hopes that together, we can possibly resolve troubling matters throughout Joto's. But, of course, I don't know what everybody's opinions and issues are, so joining in and sharing certainly helps.

Let me know if you think this will even help matters! This may be a stupid idea or a flash in the pan. My intent is to have employees help employees through discussion in a safe environment.
